Kaiseki Variety

As standard our kaiseki boxes comes with a classic Japanese inspired menu. Talk to us about customising the bento though, whether that's the cuisine, perticular ingredients or a dietary requirement.

Serviced Kaiseki

Our kaiseki boxes come with our chefs on-site, allowing them to serve the food at the perfect temperature and finish the boxes exquisitely. By being at the venue, the team can look to help with any last-minute changes, and ensure your guests enjoy highly refined multi-course boxes.

Embracing Tradition

Rooted in centuries-old practices, kaiseki—originally associated with the Japanese tea ceremony—has evolved into a sophisticated multi-course dining experience that emphasizes balance, aesthetics, and harmony.

Kaiseki Layout

Our typical kaiseki box includes a variety of components that mirror the structure of a traditional full kaiseki meal. You might find sakizuke (a small appetizer), nimono (simmered vegetables), yakimono (grilled items), and gohan (rice), all nestled in separate compartments. Each dish is chosen not only for its taste but also for its visual appeal and seasonal relevance.
