Can you accommodate dietary needs?

We can accommodate most dietary needs and would appreciate if informed one week prior to the event.

Do you charge for garbage disposal?

For garbage disposal off premises, we charge 50 HKD/bag or box.

Do you charge for stairs in my house?

Walk-ups and challenging premises (inclusive of any changes to routing on the day) are subject to additional charges and will be reflected in the final invoice.

Can I get a food tasting beforehand?

We do charge for food tastings depending on how many people attend and will credit your bill if the event goes ahead.

Do you do site visists before my event?

Yes, ideally, we’d want to come and get a feel of what is needed

How will I be charged for my event?

The guaranteed number (established 3 working days before the event) or actual attendance, whichever is larger, will be billed.

How do the deposits work?

Event bookings will be confirmed when we have received a 75% deposit. The balance is due on the day of the event. Bookings from overseas will be required to settle the bill in full at least 1 week before and be responsible for any service fees from overseas transfers.

What is your cacellation policy?

Once confirmed, no penalty will be applied if cancellation is made 14 days or earlier. Cancellations within less than 14 days of paid-up bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total bill, for cancellations within 7 days the full amount is payable.

What about inclement weather?

In the event of Typhoon 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other disruptions, our services will do our best to reschedule to the next agreeable date. If such date is more than 3 days after the initial event date, 50% of the invoice will be applied. to cover accumulated costs such as foods and booked staff

How are bills settled?

Full payments are due upon confirmation (at least 7 working days of delivery). Once confirmed, no penalty will be applied if cancellation is made with a 7 day notice. Rental security deposits apply for hardware.

How do you handle breakage costs?

Clients will have to bear the cost of any lost or broken items made by client/guests during event and transportation.
